With the media constantly reporting the beginnings of an economic recovery, it’s good at last to know the property market is beginning to improve. Now that it’s getting back on its feet, there is the prospect that rising house prices will be in the news in the not too distant future.
There are so many factors which decide the cost of a particular home. Location is one of the most obvious, because it will always be more expensive to live in a particularly pleasant area. More subtle criteria can include proximity to railway stations, and the noise from local traffic.
